We are Games Factory Talents - we help Talents from all over the world to land a dream job at a Games studio in Europe or remotely.

Our client, Claymore Game Studios - located in Darmstadt, close to Frankfurt, Germany - is a fast growing game development studio of 20 team members, recently founded with the goal to revive the legendary game franchise “Commandos”. The game is based on Unreal Engine and developed for next generation consoles and PC.

Are you a gameplay programming expert and leader, who is passionate about realistic military games and tactics?

Are you experienced in coding NPCs AI, interfaces and tools for Level Designers,  cameras, controls, animation integration, behaviour trees, state machines, tactical and  gameplay systems in general?

Do you understand that the quality of a game highly depends on a great gameplay and a great user experience, and that a strong collaboration between Gameplay Programmers, Level Designers and Game Designers is the key for that?

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Your programming language is C++

• You are experienced with Unreal Engine or have experience using one or multiple AAA internal game engines from global publishers/developers

• As a lead, you are not only mentoring a team of coders, but also coding yourself on a daily basis

• You are also able to understand and challenge Game and Level Designers.
