Junior Producer

Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game development and is currently looking for a Junior Producer. As a Junior Producer, you will work closely with external studios and internal teams to drive the development and launch of mobile game projects, providing hands-on feedback and supporting product decisions.

Our client is a publisher of hybrid-casual and mid-core games, their team helps game developers quickly test their projects on a live audience, develop the game, and release it to the market.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Participate in the development and launch of mobile game projects (from prototype to scaling);

• Review builds: regular project play, analysis and formulation of constructive product feedback;

• Support for product solutions: participation in the discussion of project development, features and hypotheses;

• Monitoring the status of projects: deadlines, progress, risks, quality of execution;

• Participation in the search and evaluation of new game projects and teams;

• Collection and structuring of project information for decision-making

• Interaction with external studios: regular meetings, discussion of progress and next steps;

• Close interaction with internal teams (producers, product, marketing).

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 1+ year of experience in gamedev (product / producer / game design / liveops / publishing roles);

• Understanding of the mobile games market (hybrid casual/ mid-core);

• Ability to analyze game mechanics and provide well-structured product feedback;

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, analysts, etc.);

• Interest in the product side: metrics, retention, monetization;

• English level sufficient for communication with teams.

Desired:

• Experience working with publishing or external studios;

• Participation in the launch or development of game projects;

• Experience in game design with a desire to move into production.
