На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Analyze the game economy, balance, player behavior, and the influence of external factors, preparation of reports on request;

• Develop player segmentation to adapt the product to user experience;

• Set up an event system for games and work with game KPIs with a focus on improving them;

• Control the integrity and validity of all collected game data;

• Forecast and evaluate the results of A/B tests;

• Work on independent research tasks: from the formulation of a hypothesis and target metrics to the development of recommendations for changing games for product teams;

• Supervise and mentor team members;

• Help in creating a development plan for team members.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 4+ years of experience as a Game Economy Designer/Analyst in a game dev company;

• A  degree in Economics or a BA preferably specialized in Marketing or Strategic direction;

• Extensive knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets;

• Deep, up-to-date knowledge of the free-to-play market, both web-based and mobile;

• Passion for games in all existing formats: board games, card games, sports, paper RPGs, all genres of video games with a particular focus on the mobile platform, and MOBA\Strategy\Survival\RPG games;

• Experience working closely with Analytics, understanding of the event system game KPIs set up;

• Experience in conducting market research and analysis would be an advantage;

• Experience in leading, developing, and managing a team of Game Economy Designers/Game Analysts would be an advantage.
