Designing game mechanics, developing new systems, and game elements for the Survival Game;
Overseeing the complete implementation of new game elements by providing design specifications and interacting with other development teams;
Writing and updating game documentation;

2+ years of work experience in game development;
Extensive experience in playing video games, in particular Survival genres, understanding of the ins and outs of these game genres, and their mechanics;
Experience in working on game projects (preferably Survival and/or Openworld Survival Craft games), at least one of which was launched on a major gaming platform (Steam, PS, XBOX, Switch, etc.)
Experience in writing design documents and their implementation;
Experience in developing elements of game mechanics, including real-time and action, second-to-second ones.
B2 level English;
Ability to work within a team remotely;
Receiving feedback, iterating.

WILL BE A PLUS:

Experience in creating and scripting, tuning, and balancing stats of game entities in-engine;
Prototyping in Unreal;
Passion for video games;
Turkish language.
