Game Designer Balance

We at Aya Games are developing an open-world mobile RPG (GTA-like) and are looking for a Game Designer to take charge of game balance. Your main responsibilities will include analyzing the current economy and balance, making adjustments, and developing a methodology for scaling the economy for future features.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer specializing in balance and economy.

• Experience working on mid-core mobile F2P projects or projects with in-app monetization.

• Strong knowledge of the gaming industry, current trends, and mobile game success criteria.

• Experience working with game documentation (concept docs, technical specifications, etc.).

• Strong math skills and proficiency in spreadsheets (game calculations, balance tuning).

• Attention to detail, persistence, and a healthy dose of perfectionism.

• Great communication skills and a proactive mindset.

• Designing economic models and game balance structures.

• Creating event/feature balance based on high-level requirements (dynamics, profitability, etc.).

• Ensuring the quality of implemented game design concepts.

• Monitoring analytics and regularly playing the game to test and validate your work.
