HyperVR Games is a virtual reality (VR) game publisher and development studio.

Our in-house game “Shave & Stuff” was awarded a “Best in Play” title by the Game Developers Conference 2023 and was released on Meta Quest, Pico, and Steam.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Engage and grow the community for VR gaming projects;

• Manage and oversee all social media channels, including Discord, Reddit, Twitter/X, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc;

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, maintaining a flexible content calendar;

• Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports to communicate community feedback and suggestions to the team;

• Stay up-to-date with the latest gaming trends, memes, and internet culture to integrate them into the community content;

• Work with the marketing team to create and curate engaging content, including images, videos, tutorials, streams, and guides;

• Organise and participate in community events.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;

• 2+ years of experience in social media management and community building within the gaming industry (e.g., Discord, Reddit, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok);

• Strong understanding of current internet trends and the ability to incorporate them into content;

• Analytics tools understanding (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track and optimize performance;

• Experience in handling crisis communication and PR situations;

• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice to have:

• Comfortable appearing on camera for live streams or video content;

• Experience collaborating with influencers to drive engagement;

• Familiarity with VR gaming and related technologies;

• Knowledge of SEO;

• Basic design and video editing skills.
