4Tale Production is expanding its team and looking for an experienced BizDev Manager who can establish partnerships with publishers, attract investments for projects, and develop outsourcing services. We offer full-cycle game development and outsourcing (game development, art, animation, and more). На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Searching for and establishing partnerships with publishers, investors, platforms, and game studios.

• Negotiating and closing deals for game publishing.

• Attracting investments for game development and project expansion.

• Developing and expanding outsourcing services – full-cycle game development, art, animation, and technical support.

• Actively seeking new clients, including developers and publishers in the USA, Europe, China, Korea, and CIS countries.

• Crafting and executing strategies for game market expansion.

• Attending gaming conferences (GDC, Gamescom, ChinaJoy, etc.) to network and explore new opportunities.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 2+ years of experience in business development in the gaming industry (mandatory).

• Proven track record of successful deals: contracts with publishers, investment attraction, outsourcing collaborations.

• Own client base in game development, publishing, or outsourcing.

• Experience working with publishers, investors, and game studios.

• Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking.

• English B2+ – confident in handling business communications.

• Understanding of the gaming market, monetization strategies, publishing deals, and investment models.
