На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Create performance-driven 3D advertising creatives in Unity

• Work with provided materials:
  – gameplay recordings
  – storyboard from artists
  – visual assets depending on the script

• Assemble short, engaging 3D UA videos based on gameplay or scripted scenarios

• Adapt creatives into all required formats: 1:1, 9:16, 16:9

• Optimize scenes for fast production and testing

• Produce multiple variations for UA campaigns

• Maintain clear gameplay readability, pacing, and strong hooks

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Proven experience as a 3D Motion Designer / Unity Artist

• Strong Unity skills (scene setup, animation, camera, basic FX)

• Understanding of performance-oriented mobile creatives

• Experience working with gameplay footage

• Portfolio with game UA creatives is mandatory

• Ability to quickly assemble and adapt creatives into multiple formats

• Experience with hyper-casual / casual / puzzle / runner games is a strong plus

• Optimization mindset for mobile ads is a big plus
