На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Establish style and vision of the game including and not limited to environment, character, key art, UI and general look and feel

• Ensure the quality of art produced by you and your team of artists

• Helping manage the art development process, limitations, and dependencies across mediums

• Creative Management of a small (but growing) team of artists

• Understanding and efficiently implementing the industry pipelines and able to manage challenging deadlines

• Work alongside other creatives in the studio

• Being up-to-date with Art & Design literature and best practices to continue driving the studio's Art & Design expertise

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Experience in Art Directing, shipping at least one casual title

• At least 4 years of experience in video games industry, preferably mobile/casual

• Storytelling and concept art skills

• Superior eye for light, value, color and composition

• Strong knowledge and skills in graphic design principles, fonts, layout design, user interface and design (focus on casual games)

• Able to adapt to the great diversity of visual styles

• Good team player with excellent communication, negotiation and teaching skills

• Open to creative feedback

• Highly organized with solid time management skills, strongly motivated and with a great desire to create top-notch product

• At least intermediate level of English

• Passion for video games

• Stylized Art portfolio or strong desire to work with it

Will be a plus

• Deep understanding of the mobile games market and their demographics

• Experience with 3D art  in any form 

• Experience working with game engines, especially Unity
