На какие задачи (обязанности)?
As a Technical Character Animator, you will be responsible for taking our Characters, Weapons, Animation, and Character Pipelines to the next level
PLEASE APPLY IF ONLY YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A FULL TIME POSITION - NO OUTSOURCE ARTISTS OR STUDIOS.
Develop and maintain numerous character rigs in Maya across multiple projects
Write pipeline tools and scripts to aid the animation team
Ability to follow established specifications of existing rigs while developing improvements for future rigs
Work closely with the Character Art team to ensure all assets are delivered in a format that is suitable for rigging and animation
Import character rigs into Unreal 5, create physics assets, set up Anim Dynamics and cloth simulation when needed
Work with Animation team to develop animation-friendly rigs for a broad range of characters following existing technical requirements
Какого профессионала ищем?
3+ years in game development
Expert knowledge of animation and animation tools
Ability to iterate and implement quickly without sacrificing quality
Knowledge of game production pipeline and Unreal engine
Experience with organic and mechanical rigging
Understanding of scripting languages
Actively seek feedback to improve work while also providing guidance and feedback to peers
Experience with facial motion capture set up and rigging
Able to write technical documentation
Ability to self-manage tasks while communicating effectively with multiple departments in an ongoing fashion.
Passionate about pushing the boundaries of hardware limitations in inventive ways
Ability to manage your own time and work within deadlines
Great communication and being a team player
Fluent in English, both verbally and written
