Functional Responsibilities:
work planning and monitoring deadlines of developments;
the sound budget and risk management of the project;
coping with project documentation and project reporting;
management, optimization, motivation of work of the team.
Какого профессионала ищем?
at least 2-year work experience as a PM of game projects;
solid knowledge and skills in project management;
understanding technical and art processes of game development;
a portfolio of the issued projects;
ability to set tasks and goals clearly;
ability to focus on the work results;
bility to motivate the team and lead it to success;
desire to create casual games.
