Middle/Senior Project Manager

As our new Project Manager, you will be part of our perfect and open-minded team. In your role, you’ll be involved in various Gaming projects, managing professional teams to achieve established goals with expected quality.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

- Project management at all stages of the project;
- Management of teams within projects;
- Project infrastructure organization: communication channels, JIRA project;
- Maintaining transparent communication with the client within the project;
- Communicating and parsing feedback on the team's performance along with the team's Lead;
- Estimating requests for new projects in close collaboration with BusDev team;
- Supervising the team to complete tasks on time and within the agreed estimation.

Какого профессионала ищем?

- 3+ years of experience in a similar position;
- Working with creative teams, art teams, development teams;
- Understanding of project management process at different stages from estimation to delivery of finished result;
- Clear timelines and budget observance;
- Ability to solve complex communication problems while communicating with the client;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent verbal and written English (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced/Proficiency);
- Work with JIRA or other task and time management systems;
- A sense of tact and subordination when communicating in a team and especially with a client.
