Lead Game Designer

Values Value,  a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev, is looking for a Lead Game Designer for our client, a Cypriot company with a core team of game industry veterans that is developing a unique premium FPS/Souls Like product for PC/Console in a mystical western setting.

The Lead Game Designer firstly has to build up the production processes within his department (features, plans, deadlines), develop the necessary documentation, and also create the basic elements of the game.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Development of gunplay, weapons and character progression

• Boss and monster design

• Coordination of game mechanics with a common narrative vision

• Working with entity balance

• Writing project documentation

• Drawing up a plan for prototyping and exploring the boundaries of mechanics

• Development and training of the GD team

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Experience in developing shooters, especially gunplay and weapon physics

• Experience as Lead/Senior Game Designer

• Spoken English and ability to write documentation in English

• Experience in the design of bosses and boss battles

• Expertise in Soullikes, Shooters and (Mystery) Westerns

Desirable:

• Experience with multiplayer shooters

• Experience with Unreal Engine and the ability to prototype in it
