• Lead the creation of stylized environment art assets, including level design, props and textures, ensuring high visual quality and cohesive art direction.

• Develop efficient workflows, tools, and pipelines for optimized art production.

• Collaborate closely with the art and game design team.

• Work with engineering teams for seamless integration.

• Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in stylized environment art creation for games on Unreal Engine.

• Extensive experience in 3D art production, including modeling, texturing, and lighting.

• Proficient in industry-standard software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter, and Photoshop.

• Solid understanding of art fundamentals, composition, color theory, and lighting principles.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality visuals.

• Experience working in an agile development environment and art production pipelines.
