На какие задачи (обязанности)?

Gear Games is looking for a Creative Artist to produce high-performing User Acquisition (UA) assets for Arcane Rush (Android, iOS). You will work closely with the Creative Lead and UA team to design engaging and innovative ad creatives that attract players and drive installs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality UA ad creatives 

• Collaborate with the Creative Lead and UA team to develop new creative concepts.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and experiment with new ad formats.

• Adapt and iterate on existing creatives based on performance data and A/B testing results.

• Ensure all creatives are aligned with the game's branding and target audience.

• Be ready to test plenty of different creatives strategies & approaches to drive down CPI

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Proven experience as a Creative Artist / Motion Designer in mobile gaming, ideally on top-grossing games.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator).

• Experience with 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Unity) is a plus.

• Strong video editing and animation skills.

• Experience with Midjourney, Runway ML, Stable Diffusion is a plus

• Knowledge of performance-driven UA creatives and an ability to analyze data to optimize ads.
