BI Developer (for the User Acquisition Team)

Vivid Games is one of the leading Polish mobile game developers and publishers but also a team of almost 90 individuals on a mission to entertain players with great games. The games we publish are developed by internal teams and external studios as well as from the publishing program. We work remotely, having offices in Bydgoszcz and Warsaw.

We are looking for a proactive, flexible, tech-savvy individual with a good eye for detail and solid experience in developing and maintaining BI solutions (preferably in Qlik Sense). You will be a good match for us if you like digging into data and finding the best and most creative ways to visualize it as per user requirements. Reports designed and maintained by you and your teammates will be used for the optimization and evaluation of UA campaigns.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• collecting and maintaining business requirements for reporting,

• finding optimal ways to fulfill these requirements in strong collaboration with data architects and data scientists from the Big Data team (e.g. defining requirements for data marts structure),

• development of SQL queries both to retrieve relevant data for the dashboards from various sources and for validation purposes,

• developing and maintaining BI dashboards (we currently work in Qlik Sense),

• taking accountability for the quality of data (data quality issues reporting; taking actions to improve the quality of data).

Какого профессионала ищем?

• 2+ years of experience as a BI developer with a proven record of developing dashboards from scratch,

• adept at the use of BI software (preferably Qlik Sense),

• proficiency in SQL for data extraction (knowledge of Big Query is a plus),

• understanding of database schemas (star schema, snowflake schema),

• strong problem-solving and analytical mindset,

• good communication skills in oral and written English (at least B2),

• experience in the game industry and/or UA will be a plus.
