Values Value, the main recruiting expert in gamedev, is looking for experienced, talented, creative and self-motivated Art Director for one of our clients, an international game developer that released a popular SLG game.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Team building and team recruitment;

• Assistance in determining art style and formulating art standardization documents;

• Daily management of the art team, controlling the progress of art research and development, as well as technology and quality improvement;

• Art project management;

• Control of the overall art style, participation in the main design of game characters, scenes, UI, animation, and special effects;

• Continuous optimization to ensure the quality of the final art resources;

• Integration and coordination of the art resources, formulation of the work standards, specifications and production processes, and supervision of their implementation;

• Training and motivation of art team members.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Love for games, understanding of mainstream mobile games on the market;

• Be familiar with the production process of each art section of the mobile game;

• High aesthetics, imagination, and to be good at expressing concepts through various means;

• Deep understanding of European and American cartoon styles, with unique insights, and ability to master European and American cartoon styles;

• Good team awareness and project management skills.

Big Plus 

• Ability of using realistic style;

• Some Chinese listening and written skills.
