3D Generalist (Marketing)/ Animator

Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for an experienced 3D Generalist (Marketing)/ Animator for our client, web3 focused game developer with an AAA metaverse project. На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Create short- and long-form animations to showcase the rich environments, vehicles, and props of the stylized project.

• Be able to finish animation from scene assembly, animation, lighting, and rendering to final touches in post-production.

• Proficient in lighting and matching the style of the game and concepts using Redshift in Maya or Blender. 

• Use your extensive knowledge in general 3D animation to ensure the production meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and is completed in a timely manner.

• Attending reviews, taking feedback and the ability of going back to preliminary steps if needed.

• Function as part of a fast-paced close-knit team: collaborate with artists and tech to achieve a unified vision for our project.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Generalist Artist in the gaming and/or VFX/film industry.

• Extensive experience in completing projects from start to finish (receiving storyboard, scene assembly, animation, up to rendering and post).

• Ability to quickly iterate on an idea, as well as take an asset to a final optimized state.

• Strong ability to give life to a non-living object through lighting and animations

• Strong knowledge of Maya, Adobe Suites, Substance Painter, and Zbrush

• Self-starting, self-reliant personality.

• Can work on his own independently or with a teammate

• Ability to work cleanly with files, references, naming conventions, and project structure for easier collaboration.

• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
