Seeking a talented 3D Environment Artist for exciting freelance opportunities in the gaming industry!

Priority will be given to Ukrainian artists.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Create high-quality 3D art assets, including characters, props, environments, and objects, that contribute to the game's visual excellence.

• Maintain visual consistency across different game elements, environments, and characters to create a cohesive and immersive player experience.

• Optimize 3D art assets for performance, balancing visual quality with resource efficiency to ensure smooth gameplay and rendering.

• Successfully estimate and complete assigned tasks within project timelines, coordinating with Leads, Project Managers, and Art Director

• Participate in various team activities, such as brainstorming sessions and creative discussions, to contribute to the artistic vision of the game.

• Communicate effectively with other departments, such as design and development, to facilitate a productive work process and ensure art assets meet project needs.

• Manage personal time and workload allocation to complete assigned tasks efficiently and meet project milestones.

• Follow established workflow requirements, art pipelines, and best practices to maintain efficient art production processes.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• 2+ years experience in a game industry pipeline

• experience with casual and stylization games
  

• expert in 3D hard-surface modeling

• experience with software packages (Blender/Maya/3DMax, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop)

• ability to create optimal UV for various types of textures (tiles, rectangular, UDIM)

• expertise in optimizing meshes and creating LODs for games

• experience in creating environments/props/items that are ready for animation

• deep understanding of the form, design, and materials

• be familiar with various pipelines.

• experience with level design
