Senior Data Analyst

Elephant Games is an international gaming company whose history began in 2003. Over this time, we have released over 100 hidden object games on PC, Mac, and Android. The geography of our team ranges from India to Argentina. Currently, we are actively working on creating our own IPs, experimenting with different genres, mechanics, and monetization models.

We are in search of a skilled Data Analyst to join our team.

• Genres: Casual, Hyper-casual
• Platforms: PC, Mobile

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Analyze and interpret data to develop strategies for improving business performance.

• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results.

• Collect, clean, and visualize data from various sources.

• Work with databases, including BigQuery and others.

• Evaluate and optimize various monetization models.

• Implement and optimize data-driven processes.

• Create reports and present data in an understandable format for other team members.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in the gaming industry, preferably in mobile games.

• Experience with User Acquisition (UA).

• Knowledge of different monetization models.

• Leadership experience is welcome but not mandatory; strong technical skills and a proactive attitude are essential.

• Proficiency in SQL and Python.

• Experience with BigQuery and other databases.

• Knowledge of product and business metrics.

• Experience conducting A/B testing.

• Understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory.

• Ability to collect, clean, and visualize data from various services.

• Conversational skills in Russian.
