На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Support adaptation and probation period, performance and salary review processes;

• Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding processes;

• Support, create and implement companies processes and policies;

• Develop and maintain corporate culture;

• Organization of internal team buildings and holidays;

• Running regular one-to-one meetings with co-workers;

• Communication with the managerial team and all unit employees on the regular basis, improving work relationships, build high-performance culture and retention strategy;

• Providing a quick response to organizational changes, team members' needs, complaints, wishes, creating solutions to team members challenges;

• Conduct surveys, prepare analytics, and reports, gather HR metrics;

• Ensure all HR procedures and policies are followed by team members;

• Advise specialists on matters relating to solving nonstandard situations;

• Timely and proper maintain HR records and HR processes database updating;

• Manage full-cycle of documentation, control of documents for new and internal employees;

• Maintain accurate data and files in our HRIS;

• Assisting with HR processes with other offices.

• Experience in HR management activities (onboarding, offboarding, adaptation, retention, etc.);

• High organization skills and experience in organizing events, team buildings;

• Experience in building the HR processes;

• Strong multitasking skills, attention to details;

• Strong proactiveness, analytical and problem-solving skills;

• High communication skills;

• English — Intermediate and above.
