As an inhouse lawyer, you will be responsible for the legal support of the company’s activities, help in introduction of legal guidelines, policies, and internal corporate standards in line with the Group policies, for assisting with implementation of legal compliance in the various areas of business operations.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Negotiations with suppliers, partners, etc;

• Drafting and reviewing Service agreements;

• Drafting and reviewing privacy (confidential, data protection) agreements and contracts;

• Drafting and amending legal guidelines, policies, and internal corporate standards;

• Drafting and reviewing of various documents necessary for the companies’ operations, applications, letters, powers of attorney, resolutions etc.;

• Drafting replies to requests of various state authorities (primarily the tax authorities, other controlling authorities);

• Assisting with implementation of legal compliance in the various areas of business operations

• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies\instructions;

• Research and advice on various legal matters within the scope of the company’s activity;

• Support of the company’s day-to-day activity.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Law degree from a reputable Ukrainian university;

• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, Russian, and Ukrainian;

• Experience in Corporate and Commercial law;

• Experience in drafting and reviewing various Service agreements, NDAs, POAs, etc.

• Experience in drafting and amending Policies and similar documents;

•  Strong researching skills.

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of the functioning of the IT industry;

• Experience in IT;

• Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and keen to take responsibility;

• Solid technical skills of Office 365 and confident user of legal databases;

• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English (writing and verbal) is a must.
