The main purpose of this role is to build and scale social media traffic operations through influencer partnerships and content distribution.

Key tasks include:

• Identifying and working with Instagram influencers and content pages

• Launching and managing traffic campaigns

• Promoting high-converting offers

• Analyzing performance and optimizing campaigns

• Scaling successful campaigns and cutting underperforming ones

Key responsibilities:

• Drive consistent user acquisition

• Maintain campaign profitability

• Build and manage relationships with influencers

• Number of qualified users/deposits generated

We are looking for candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong interest in social media and digital business

Required:

• Basic understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills (for working with influencers)

• Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions

• Self-motivation and ability to work independently

Tools & knowledge:

• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and messaging platforms (DM outreach)

• Basic use of spreadsheets or tracking tools is a plus

English:

• Intermediate level (B1–B2) required for communication with the team and partners

Nice to have:

• Experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming, or digital marketing

• Previous work with influencers or paid traffic
