Head of CRM

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Please note, we will consider candidates only full-time in an office.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead and evolve the CRM team made up of highly talented people from all over the world to promote our expansion;

• Strategic promotional planning: developing, planning and implementing promotions and campaigns aimed at reducing churn and increasing yield;

• Driving strategic requirements for best practice retention, loyalty tools and processes;

• Ensuring that promotions are consistent, attractive, cost-effective, relevant and — when applicable — aligned with other marketing- and product initiatives;

• Analyze and optimize campaign performance, reporting on the effectiveness of CRM activities to the Chief Operation Officer, marketing team and other stakeholders;

• The CRM team is the hub of Boss Gaming Solutions customer marketing and the promotion machine with dependencies to other teams. It’s vital that you have excellent cooperation and coordination skills, combined with strong integrity to drive your own CRM strategy.
  

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• You must have a passion for mobile entertainment, marketing and technology;

• Strong leadership and management background, preferably from matrix organizations with many stakeholders and teams with mixed nationalities;

• Hands-on experience in result-driven customer communication with best-practice; knowledge about optimization and personalization of content, offers and channels

• Experience with advanced Marketing Automation tools such as Marketo, Optimove and Hubspot is highly desirable;

• Interest and knowledge of Casino games and/or sports betting and their dynamics is highly desirable — but curiosity, general interest in games and willing to learn about Casino/Sports will also be considered;

• Relevant graduate degree and at least 5 years work experience in a strategic CRM or online marketing role;

• Excellent communication and cooperation skills;

• Strong analytical skills;

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills;

• Professional level of English is required. Additional European language skills are considered valuable.
