As a Customer Support Agent, you will accurately process standard player inquiries, ensuring high-quality assistance in strict accordance with our established procedures and guidelines.

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for gaming, pays close attention to detail, and is eager to build a career in player support. The rest will be provided from our side (tools, training, and growth opportunities).

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Providing exceptional customer service to our players by troubleshooting and resolving all issues;

• Demonstrating a deep knowledge of the UFL game;

• Taking personal ownership and providing a stunning player experience as measured through CSAT and internal SLAs;

• Performing other tasks as assigned by the manager within the scope of job responsibilities.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience in a customer-facing role;

• English B1+ (both spoken and written);

• Excellent written communication skills;

• User-focused, passionate, solutions-focused, and innovative;

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

• Strong interpersonal skills and desire to provide an excellent customer experience;

• Ability to manage time effectively.
