For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• To lead overall CI/CD initiative to improve company’s infrastructure efficiency, reduce manual processing, increase systems reliability, minimize errors, reduce speed to market and improve technical delivery speed of our core gaming products.
• Support and assist in implementation & maintenance of company’s wide system & network infrastructure. Monitor system & network performance, capacity and availability.
• Identify, diagnose, resolve system and/or network problems using ONE OR MORE scripting language such as Linux shell script, Python, Perl, Java script, and/or any automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, etc..
• Setup, implement and maintain Python, Ansible, Jenkin based infrastructure component provisioning system.
• Use provisioning script/tools to setup, configure and manage approximately 200 domain name and 100 SSL certificates. This includes the entire DNS infrastructure and all it’s DNS records for whitelabel or non-whitelabel DNS. The number of domain names and SSL certificate would varies from time to time depending on business requirements.
• Use provisioning script/tools to setup, configure and manage Multi-tenant CDN network for approximately 200 domains. The number of CDN nodes (and it’s balancer) would varies from time to time depending on business requirements.
• Manage multi platform web servers and middleware servers including but not limited to NGINX, Apache, Tomcat, IIS, Redis, Memcache, etc..
• Assist in preparation of proposals and solutions presentations as and when needed.
• Create and maintain detail documentation for all implemented systems, networks and service calls.
• Follow company escalation SOP and process to work hand in hand with other IT delivery teams.
• Accurately document incidence troubleshooting and resolutions via helpdesk system.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Hands-on experience with GitLаb and Jenkins workflows, setup and configuration
• Practical experience in configuring apache and/or nginx
• Practical knowledge of building CI/CD pipelines to deploy projects and testing automation
• Implementing approaches for frequent, incremental changes to code versions
• Hands-on building tools experience and implementing processes to improve Developer experience
• Managing IT infrastructure that supports software code in cloud environments
• Deployment and network operations
• Linux configuration and scripting
• Optional: knowledge of the AWS cloud platform
