Frag Lab studio is a videogames development company based in Kyiv and focused on next gen F2P MMO Shooter built with Amazon Game Tech and published by Wargaming. Our team of industry veterans is now working on a new revolutionary IP and we are looking for Project Manager

What are you working on?

• Platforms: PC, Console

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Manage several cross-functional teams
Adopt and support existing development processes and practices, suggest to improve it
Conduct and facilitate team events(daily stand up, sprint planning, retrospective, etc)
Help the team to identify and resolve impediments, bottlenecks and conflicts
Track cross team dependency and commitments
Track development progress using company adopted tools to make sure, the schedule is on track.
Maintain project management artefacts, collect production statistic’s and metrics
Highlight development risks, issues, and dependency
Encourage and support productive work performance, facilitate team collaboration;
Participate in people management: motivation, assessment, personal development;
Use failure as an opportunity to learn and/or improve processes

Goals:
Ensure development process is smooth, transparency and predictable
Keep on track and share current development status, schedule, forecasts, risks, and dependencies
Keep a high morale and productivity in the team
Ensure effective cross-team collaboration

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Experience in game development industry is a MUST
Experience as Scrum Master/Project manager
Knowledge of project management in general
Familiarity with Agile principles
Understanding of software development lifecycle
Strong theoretical knowledge of Scrum framework and understanding scrum master role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience with issue tracking and content collaboration systems
Adopt servant leadership philosophy
Flexibility, emotional maturity

Will be a plus:

Practical Scrum Master experience in middle/large scale projects
Experience in implementation and facilitation agile events and practice
Experience with risk management process and practice
Strong Jira and Confluence customization skill
Familiarity with SAFe
