For which tasks (responsibilities)?
New payment channel integration:
Assist in discussing business terms of new payment channel agreement between RU team & payment partner
Read technical & API documentations of new payment channel
Link up Russian-speaking tech team of payment partner with English-speaking Garena Open Platform (GOP) team
Design flow & UX of payment process
Test & QA of new payment channel
Existing payment channel maintenance:
Assist finance team with reconciliation of existing payment channel transaction reports
Link up Russian-speaking finance team of payment partner with English-speaking finance team of HQ
Help troubleshoot technical issues with payment channel
Help government authorities to investigate fraud cases, criminal activity and prepare report for that
Assist Customer Service team with user refund requests
Reply payment partners on chargeback cases and prepare detailed report
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Fluent in Russian and intermediate English
Technical IT background is a plus
High attention to detail, responsible, and can work under pressure against tight timelines
At least 3 years experience in the payment industry is required
