• Platforms: PC, Mobile, Console

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

— Working close with Sales and Lead Generation teams processing new opportunities
— Researching new potential partners/sub-contractors (game dev outsourcing domain)
— Communication with partners representatives and candidates
— Negotiate terms and conditions of new partnerships
— Clarification of requirements on both sides to prepare a relevant offer for the customer
— Work with Dev/Art specialists CVs and proposals
— Update the database (Hubspot CRM, Jira)
— Compose, monitor and maintain job postings on various job boards and platforms
— Work with social and professional networks

What kind of professional are we looking for?

— Good understanding of IT outsourcing area, business processes and technologies
— Sales experience in IT outsourcing and/or game development companies
— Upper-intermediate level of English
— Having good written and verbal communication skills
— Being persistent and patient
— Being a detail-oriented person
— Advanced PC and internet using skills
— Having a positive lifestyle and proactive attitude
